HuaYa (DongYing) Plastics Co., Ltd. (HYDY) is affiliated with Formosa Plastics Group (FPG) which is the largest private enterprise in Taiwan. It was founded in 1994 with the total investment of USD 60,000,000, located in Dong Ying city Shan Dong province in China, covering 165,000 square meters. With 22 sets of Austria CINCINATI extruders and 50 sets of Japanese plastics machinery it produces 60,000 tons of pipes and 15,000 tons of fittings per year.

There are three main production lines producing such pipes and fittings as Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC-U), Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene-random-copolymer (PP-R) which include PVC pipe for water-supply, PVC pipe for drainage, PVC pipe for conduit in building, PVC pipe for irrigation, PVC double-wall corrugated pipe, pipe for golf-courses, PE pipe for water-supply, PE pipe for gas supply and PP-R pipe for hot-cold water transport, etc.
